余暇開発センター1988(昭和63)年に制定。 「いい(11)ふうふ(22)」の語呂合せとから決められた。

○ 11 月 22 日 "The day of good couple" today
Leisure Development Center, 1988 (Showa 63) enacted in the year. I was determined from the pun of "good (11) married couple (22)".
