○ 大学４年生の笹崎里菜さんが 東京・銀座のクラブでホステスのアルバイトをした経験を理由に、日本テレビのアナウンサーの内定を取り消された。 笹崎里菜さんは、労働契約に関する過去の判例に照らしても不当だとして、大学４年生の笹崎里菜さんが、日テレに来春就職できることの確認を求める訴訟を東京地裁に起こした。 12月14日に第１回口頭弁論があり、日テレ側は争う姿勢を示した。
  訴状によると、笹崎さんは昨年９月、２０１５年４月の就職が内定。だが その後に、母親の知人の紹介で銀座のクラブでホステスとして働いた経験があることを告げたところ、「傷がついたアナウンサーを使える番組はない」などと言われ、今年５月に内定を取り消された。
