北海道網走沖のオホーツク海にあった流氷が１月１３日、強い北西の風に吹かれ、知床半島の根元部分に接岸しました。
私は北海道で勤務しました。職場では流氷が接岸すると転勤命令があると言うジンクスがありました。
流氷は網走市から斜里町にかけての海岸線を２０～３０キロmにわたって白く覆った。
