▲１０月９日は世界郵便デー，万国郵便連合記念日(World Post Day) 万国郵便連合(UPU)が1969(昭和44)年１０月９日に「UPUの日」として制定。1984(昭 和59)年に「世界郵便デー」と名称を変更した。 1874(明治7)年のこの日、全世界を一つの郵便地域にすることを目的に、 万国郵便連合が発足した。 日本は1877(明治10)年2月19日に加盟した。 ▲ October 9.
