婿投げ祭り

これは面白いな。１月１５日、新潟県十日町市で　奇祭「婿投げ」。新婚の婿を雪の上に放り投げられるお祭りが行われた。今では　夫婦円満を願う祭りである。
新婚２組が参加。雪まみれになった婿は、住民らの前で永遠の愛を誓った。
村の男たちに担がれて登場した婿は「一、二、三」の合図で高く宙を舞った。　投げられた同県柏崎市新婚の男性（３０）は「ジェットコースターのようだった。」

The  village of men "one, two, three" threw  these brideglooms  in the air high in the cue.   Kashiwazaki bridebloom (30)  said "This was like a roller coaster."
