明治神宮外苑、聖徳記念絵画館。

明治神宮外苑の「聖徳記念絵画館」に行きました。
この絵画館では明治天皇を中心とした明治時代の歴史を描写した壁画80枚を展示しています。
当時欧米列強の帝国主義の時代でした。
明治時代の日本は辛うじて独立を守りました。これらの壁画により日本の近代史を見る事ができます。

I visited  to the "Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery" in Meiji Jingu Outer Gardens.
The Picture Gallery is exhibiting  80 mural sheets of the history of the Meiji era with a focus on the Emperor Meiji.
At the time , It was the era of  Western powers imperialism .
Meiji era Japan was barely protect the independence. Seeing these murals we can understand  the modern history of Japan.
